Do you know the origin of the word “trainera”?

The boat named “trainera” get the name from the word “traína” or “traiña” coming from the latin verb “traginare” (drag). The “traina” was a net of fence used in the anchovies and sardines fishing in boats promotes by oar and sail: “traineras”.
The writer Pío Baroja in his work “Vidas Sombrías” includes a short story with the title “Ángelus” where he describes the vicissitudes about a “trainera” and their crew from Mutriku, thirteen man and one women.
